DELIVERY

Uk Orders

UK orders are despatched using a next working day delivery service. We use City-link or Royal Mail to deliver all orders (domestic and international).
For system builds, please allow an additional 48 hours for your order to be processed completely. 4pm is the cut off for same day despatch of in stock items. Orders placed after 4pm Fridays and at the weekend, will be despatched Monday. Premium deliveries (before 9am, 10am, midday and Saturdays) are available at extra cost. Please contact our sales line to confirm availability to your destination and to place your order. It is not possible to deliver to a PO Box Number. A signature on delivery is required for all orders. Please ensure to check the number of parcels that you sign for at the time of delivery. It is possible to arrange specific times for delivery (eg morning, afternoon, pre 9 am etc), however, surcharges apply. Please e-mail any enquiries and we will calculate the extra cost for you. Once orders have been despatched, we will not be able to alter delivery details under any circumstances.
City-link are not authorised to deliver to any address other than the one you specified and no parcels will be left without a signature. They will not “leave goods with a neighbour”. If you are not available to receive your order, then City-link will leave a card at the delivery address which can be taken to your local depot for collection. City-link will automatically attempt another delivery the next working day. After this, you have 5 days to collect the goods from your local depot before the goods are returned to us. If this happens, you will have to pay our standard delivery charge again in order for the goods to be re-sent. On receipt of your order, you must check its contents carefully, notifying us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

International Orders

For international orders, the expected timeframe for delivery will be e-mailed to you. Typically, major cities take 1 day less than other cities. Please note that where possible, Royal Mail International Signed for Service is used to despatch international orders. For, all orders exported to non-EU Countries, the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that apply and also for the costs of returning any goods to us.

Delivery Cost

The cost of delivery varies depending on the total weight of your order and the destination of delivery. The minimum delivery charge applicable is £4.99 + Vat. The company reserves the right to cancel orders or postpone delivery if security checks can not be verified.

Delivery to alternative address

If you request delivery to another address, this may result in a delay to your orders despatch. In order for us to verify details quickly, please give all information fully eg work address, landline telephone number, correct post code etc.
